Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yesterday I slept almost all day after work. I was so tired when I got home at 11, so when I went to bed around 12 I slept until 19-20, ate "dinner", and then I fell asleep again! I woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night, but I managed to stay in bed until the clock turned 05 :) 

Today I had a day off, so I figured I should try to be a little housewife, and started to bake in the early hours :p The baking had to be accompanied by some Christmas movies, so I fetched my computer and turned on netflix, what a perfect morning!

Mmm, I love chocolate chip cookies!

Just smile!

Wednesday I had my last exam this semester, and this is actually the first time in four years that I don't have to study for exams during the christmas holiday - I LOVE IT!! Celebrated with a little wine at a friends house, and then I went to bed totally relaxed for the first time in...I don't know haha!

Now it's only about an hour until I have to leave for work, so I guess I have to think about getting ready! Vacation time = time to work ;)

Long time no see

At the moment I'm lying on the couch, unable to move, because I'm so goddamn tired. I got up at 5 in the morning today, because I was so nervous about the exam. Well, I had every right to be, the tasks were okay, but I totally blanked out in part two...which means I'm probably going to have to take it again to improve whatever character I get...we'll see in January!

Anyway, Here's a couple of snapshots (okay mostly just selfies) from the last couple of days :)

No, I didn't dye my hair, I just used hair chalk :) - studying vs everything else!

And then I made iced coffee with real icecream, yum!

It's starting to get really cold, so I had to use my Marius-sweater for a study date, I love it! 

On my way to school way too early on a saturday...the one saturday I had off work! 

Complete chaos..

Well, only two days left now! Here's to hoping that the next one goes much better! (fingers crossed)

Grey & Plaid..

..Is a perfect combo! It feels like every fall/winter the love everyone has for plaid blossoms. I feel like I can wear it all year really, but when the fall comes it tend to be more often. One thing is for sure, and that is that I'm loving all of my plaid items at the moment!

Tuesday bliss

When it comes to sleeping, I don't understand myself. Yesterday I got up early, had a long studyday and was really tired when it was time for bed - but did I manage to fall asleep? No. So there I was at what eventually turned out to be 02.45 still not sleeping - surprise surprise, I overslept today. (well, to be honest I did wake up some time in the early hours, but I heard the rain and I was to tired to function, and then magically *or i turned it off* there were no more noice from my alarm, and all I had to do was to pull the duvet a little closer). Anyways - homeschool for me today!

These are the things I love about homeschool! You can wear whatever you want (hello soft slippers, sweatpants and merino wool sweater!), you have unlimited access to GOOD fresh coffee and you can make whatever you want to eat whenever you want :) :) - but I realise that today has been a poor studyday and tomorrow I have to get to school, better start prepping that lunchbox!

The weather was just amazing yesterday! Crisp winter air, (almost) blue sky..just perfect for a walk. When I walked home from my friends house after studying it was just.. perfect... There's no other word. Kids were playing, people were running to catch the bus, cares driving by, and I was so happy and felt so at peace listening to Radioresepsjonen on my phone :) 

And then....

Never leave your computer at the floor....just don't. 

By the way, on one of my exams I'm going to use this computer, or at least that was the plan...hopefully it doesn't crash during this week or when I'm actually having my exam....

The day weren't perfect anymore after that.
